About the role

Ruby Digital is looking for a mid to Performance specialist to join our team.
You will work on a diverse range of clients, delivering measurable return on investment and organic growth.

You will work alongside other Performance analysts, developers, social media managers and content writers to optimize the online presence of these clients.

Specific Responsibilities

• You’ll fulfill a specialist level role for technical SEO (search engine optimization) and pay-per-click (PPC) ads as well as Website Development and/or Maintenance and content creation functions.
• Core SEO responsibilities include seamlessly uniting our content and development practices to drive search engine rank performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions and reporting on a monthly basis
• Core PPC responsibilities include strategy, tactical execution, continuous improvements, and reporting of all PPC campaigns.
• Upon the commencement of your employment you will receive a portfolio of clients with specifications on performance expectations (KPI’s) on each client for whom you’ll be responsible.

Among others your primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform full keyword research and develop related strategies based on keyword research, onsite & offsite SEO optimizations, competitor analyses and technical audits for client websites, build & optimize PPC campaigns
• Devise SEO strategies and campaigns to help our clients achieve their growth goals as well as Develop paid search strategy and determine KPIs for each recommendation including;
• Monitor campaign success on Google Analytics and keyword rank trackers
• Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
• Create reports, and present those reports to clients when necessary, to demonstrate monthly return on investment to deliver value to the client, including
• Communicate all performance results and strategy recommendations for advancements
• Identify and maximize new opportunities for growth
• Actively work to improve site speed and page ranking including performing website maintenance as required
• Work under pressure and be fully adaptable to the ever-changing world of digital marketing
• Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training as well as define, monitor, and analyze trends
• Communicate effectively across the organization, internally and externally
• Think practically optimistically to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
• Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs

Attributes & Requirements

• Passion for digital marketing and strong technical SEO experience
• You’re experienced with tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager
• You have proven experience in delivering performance orientated search engine optimization
• Knowledge of best practice International SEO techniques and implementation
• Guaranteed Keyword ranking expertise beneficial
• Have advanced and proven knowledge of various backlinking methods
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Curiosity about anything and everything SEO
• Awesome organizational skills
• A willingness to take ownership of the work
• Hard work ethic and self-starter
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience in an agency environment
