Fixitt approached Ruby Digital to improve the quantity and quality of leads and enquiries through their website.

In order to increase the number of enquiries, we needed to improve the overall SEO visibility in the search results by improving their existing rankings for relevant keywords that would generate targeted and qualified users to the website.


We identified an opportunity to rank for brand-name appliance search terms in order to generate additional traffic to the website. From keyword and competitor research, we determined that gaining SEO rankings for each relevant variation of the brands and the different appliances Fixitt repairs, such as “[Brand Name] – Fridge Repairs”, would be a highly impactful strategy to reach organic users that are likely to enquire/convert on the site.

Securing the site, improving page load times as well as the user experience were areas identified as improving the likelihood of achieving a favourable ranking in Google search results pages.

FixItt saw an overall SEO Visibility growth of 0 to 91. They achieved a 163% increase in organic traffic together with a 186% increase in organic conversions, 61 keywords on page 1 of which 95% of the keywords were in the top 5 positions, as well as the top ranked website for the “appliance repair” keyword.
