About the role

  • You will assist in driving Ruby Digital’s marketing, strategy, and execution thereof.
  • You will help identify new marketing opportunities and coordinate interest and intent based marketing solutions to all of our channels.
  • You will be responsible for contribution to building the brand development, trust and recognition in the industry.
  • You need to be a digital marketer who can approach new leads with the strategic capability of understanding their business, marketing and brand.
  • In this capacity, you need to be able to identify the right solution from our product library and customise it to meet the marketing requirements of a potential client in order to achieve their overall objectives.
  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and applying strategic marketing solutions to leads with the goal of educating them with a deeper understanding of digital marketing and how it aligns to their business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for nurturing and growing inbound and outbound business relationships and to determine the viability and success likelihood of their business when aligned with Ruby Digital’s existing and potential products and services.
  • You will work directly with the Head of Growth to establish the Growth Division as a world-class market force and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members within the Growth Division as well as the company as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling interest social media posts.
  • Publishing and scheduling podcasts.
  • Monitoring and updating Business Directories.
  • Identifying and submitting Award entries.
  • Creation of Case Studies.
  • Owning, recording and documenting relevant SOPs and processes.
  • Solution proposal contribution and creation.
  • Referral lead management and reporting.
  • Achieve growth and new business Growth (Sales) targets by successfully managing assigned inbound leads.
  • Educate and guide clients on world-class marketing strategies/solutions for their business objectives.
  • Present company profile and present quotes and solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage deals in CRM to ensure active flow and eliminate bottleneck and wastages.
  • Execute client qualification process and criteria as per Inbound Marketing SOP.
  • Execute client onboarding in coordination with Success Division as per Client Onboarding SOP.
  • Generate interest and provide Ruby Digital’s vision and unique value proposition to qualified leads.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of the client’s environment, business goals, and best practices and coordinate with the Performance Division to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes.
  • Deliver weekly reports and provide ongoing client feedback to management.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on growth performance to HOD.
  • Achieve monthly qualification goals.
  • Update and maintain customer information within.
  • Connect with old prospects to identify new potential opportunities for sales.
  • Ongoing knowledge updates and development with the latest product training and offerings.

Attributes & Requirements

  • Passion for digital marketing and a basic knowledge and understanding.
  • Highly competitive and goal oriented.
  • Proven ability to drive Growth (Sales) from plan to close using applied digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to educate and guide clients to best solutions.
  • Experience with Growth (Sales) automation software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Committed to learning, being adaptable, and having a positive attitude.
  • Coachable and open to feedback and interested in personal and professional advancements.
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals.

Education

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing (preferrable) AND minimum 3 years’ experience.
