Ruby Digital was approached by Legalese, a legal services provider, with the primary goal of generating high-quality leads through contact forms, email, phone calls, or chatbots via PPC advertising. To achieve this goal, Ruby Digital restructured Legalese’s ad groups, creating smaller, more targeted groups for individual products and services to better manage budgets and match types.

After implementing this new account structure, they started to see leads being generated, but needed a better understanding of the quality of those leads.
